My goal is to support you to be effective in your ministry. Through Professional Pastoral Supervision your ministry will be strengthened.
Supervision is the gift of time, space and relationship. It is an opportunity for you to enhance your awareness of the opportunities, challenges and resources that are present in your ministry.
It is a non judgmental space. As the Supervisor I accompany you as you explore the relationships, experiences and spiritual insights that are important in your ministry.
People have different personalities and learning styles. So the process needs to be tailored for the needs of each person. My basic approach is conversational. I gently enquire while being open to silences in which helpful insights can mature.
